About Sophie
BSc Hons (1st) in Physiotherapy
Member of the HCPC
I qualified from the University of East Anglia with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2021. Since graduating, I have gained specialist experience in the NHS Betsi Cadwaladr, Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospice and St David’s Hospice.
I am passionate about movement as medicine. In 2025, a friend asked me to start regular physiotherapy sessions with her Dad who was recovering from a stroke and I have been working with him ever since. This is where Sophie Physio began!
I currently work in St David's Hospice in Llandudno and Bangor alongside running my private practice.
As well as being a Physio, I love being outdoors in nature. I enjoy swimming in the rivers and walking my dog in the beautiful Snowdonia mountains with my partner. I also play the clàrsach, the Scottish harp.
